Hestra Warranty Policy/Procedure

Limited Lifetime Warranty:
Hestra guarantees our products against manufacturing defects and workmanship. It is at the sole discretion of Hestra Gloves to determine defects.

Exclusions of Warranty:
We will not warranty items against improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification or alterations, normal wear and tear, improper care or drying, negligence, damage, or if the item was used for something other than its intended use (skiing).

If you purchased the items through a retailer, it is best if the warranty is handled through them. If this is not possible, please use the following procedure:

1. Fill out the Information Sheet COMPLETELY
2. Return the item(s) to:
   Hestra Gloves
   Attn: Warranty
   621 Corporate Circle, Suite F
   Golden, CO 80401
3. Package must include the Information Sheet, otherwise the warranty process will be delayed
4. Please allow 3-4 weeks for replacement of new or repaired item(s)

This warranty extends to purchases made within the United States ONLY

Please deliver the package via UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS (with delivery confirmation) or any other traceable method. Hestra Gloves is not responsible for any lost or misplaced packages.
